Your Day of Coordinator Is Included
You do not need to purchase our day of coordinator as a separate add on. This service is already part of our wedding package, so venue support will be in place before your wedding day arrives.

We Handle Ceremony Setup and Takedown
Ceremony setup and takedown are included in our wedding package. If you plan to exchange vows beneath our mature willow tree, you will not need to spend time setting up guests chairs.
Our outdoor ceremony space is part of a property that also includes a creek, a pond with a fountain, mature willow trees, and our historic barn. Since the ceremony and reception spaces are on the same property, you can keep the main parts of your wedding in one location.
After the ceremony, our team handles the included takedown while you continue with photos and the reception.
We Prepare the Reception Space
Reception setup and takedown are also included. We provide seating for up to 200 guests, 25 six foot round tables, six eight foot banquet tables, and a handcrafted ten foot wedding party table.
Our inclusions also cover table cloths in several colors, string lights, two crystal chandeliers, uplighting, four whiskey barrels, an antique wagon, and wedding and event decor inventory.
You will also have access to an outdoor patio with seating, paved entertainment areas with cocktail tables, fire pits, and yard games. Reviewing these inclusions helps you see what is available before deciding what else you need.
Separate Suites Support Wedding Morning Preparation
We provide separate wedding party suites where both sides of the wedding party can prepare on site. The suites include vanities for hair and makeup, seating, and hanging spaces for dresses and tuxes.

We provide private on site parking for up to 200 guests. Visitors enter through the main driveway, which leads to the parking area.
