The Willow Creek Barn hosts up to 200 guests.

The Willow Creek Barn closes at 11pm. Special permission is required to permit guest to enjoy celebrations longer. 

$1,000,000 Liability needed

We have a 3 way liquor license.  All alcohol has to be purchased thru Willow Creek Barn.

No all alcohol has to be purchased thru our licensed bar onsite

Due to regulations, all alcohol has to be purchase through a licensed bar onsite. Guests are not permitted to bring their own. 

Items not covered in our packages but are available for purchase are:

• Outdoor Tent
• Hot Air Balloon
• Interactive Photo Booth
• Bar Service
• Trolley
• Mechanical Bull

The barn was upgraded in 2021 with heat . We have coolers for warmer temperatures.  The bride and groom suites, along with the bathrooms, have heat and air conditioning.

The rental fee covers the following items:

• 25 6’ round and
• 6 8’ rectangle tables
• chairs
• linens
• 2 chandeliers
• indoor lights
• bride and groom rooms
• outdoor wedding site
• picture areas
• attendants
• custom wedding party table
• 4 whiskey barrels

Note: Per  the board of health The Willow Creek Barn cannot handle food.

We provide:

• 25 6-ft round guest tables
• 6 8-ft tables
• 1 10-ft bridal party table

Smoking is only permitted in our designated smoking area.  Our smoking area is covered, easily accessible and conveniently located! 

The Willow Creek Barn has a luxury bathroom trailer located just outside the barn back door.

We have private parking for up to 200 guest and an attendant to assist.

You will enter via the driveway (not the black gate) which will lead you to our 200 space parking area. 

Arrival time for event party starts as early at 8:30am

The Bride and Groom have everything they need in the brand new separate bridal party suites. These spaces include vanities for hair and makeup prep, seating, hanging spaces for dresses or tuxes and more to help the bridal party feel as comfortable as possible before their big day.

We do no have a full kitchen, however we have a full serving area that includes refrigeration and freezers. 

Your fur babies are allowed on property for your ceremony only. Due to liability issues, they will  have to be removed from property after ceremony.
